Bring your picnic baskets, blankets and lawn chairs and join The Symphony for the 22nd annual July 4th concert celebration! This year the concert will begin a weekend of celebration of Delaware City's and Delaware County's Bicentennial!

The concert will be held on Friday, July 4th at 8 p.m. on the beautiful Ohio Wesleyan University Campus Phillips Glen lawn. Phillips Glen is located behind Gray Chapel (building #18) click here for a map of the main campus. The concert will consist of all-American music and features Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture. Rain location in Gray Chapel. Fireworks will immediately follow the concert. Some of Ohio's best fireworks will immediately follow the concert.

Lawn seating for this performance is FREE. The Symphony will provide 200 chairs at the front of the site (in the triangle walkway section of the photo). Chair seating tickets are $3.00 each and can be purchased at Buehler's Food Market on West Central Avenue in Delaware. Tickets can also be purchased through the Central Ohio Symphony office at (740) 362-1799.
