The Central Ohio Symphony is .....

Excellence in performance and educational programs including recognition by the Ohio Arts Council and broad community support.

Programs and activities include a Fourth Grade concert series, small ensembles that perform in schools and a July 4th celebration concert unmatched in Central Ohio.

Inspiration - Audiences are inspired by the talent and dedication of the Central Ohio Symphony's musicians.

The Musicians come from counties throughout central Ohio and perform for a yearly audience of 20,000.

Vision - The Symphony enhances the importance of the arts to central Ohio citizens of all ages through exciting musical experiences.

Subscription series performances are held in the acoustically remarkable Gray Chapel located on the Ohio Wesleyan University campus. Gray Chapel is home of one of six exquisite Klais organ's currently existing in the United States! In a survey conducted in March 2004, 98% of respondents were very satisfied with Central Ohio Symphony's performances. The execllent quality and choice of music, conductor, location and accessibility were among the top reasons that our audience is growing each season.
